The personal data provided (own or of third parties for whom you have decided to take out a BOS season-ticket or minors, whose processing is expressly authorised by the legal representative), along with any other generated during the development of the contractual relationship that we have with you, shall be processed by BOS to remain in contact and communicate, to manage the commercial/contractual relationships with season-ticket holders and/or attendees to events organised by the entity. That processing is based on the contractual relationship existing between the parties and on the legitimate interest of the data manager. Data shall be communicated to third parties. There shall be no international data transfers.
